- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Cornstarch - 30 g
- Orange blossom water - 1 tsp
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Pistachios, chopped - 20 g
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- In a saucepan, mix the cornstarch and a pinch of salt with a little bit of the milk to create a smooth paste.
- Add the remaining milk and sugar to the saucepan, and stir continuously over medium heat until the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the orange blossom water.
- Pour the mixture into small serving bowls or ramekins and let cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, drizzle each bowl with honey and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
