- Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut milk and honey over medium heat, stirring until the honey is dissolved.
- In a small bowl, mix the arrowroot powder with 2 tablespoons of cold water to create a slurry.
- Once the coconut milk mixture is warm, slowly add the arrowroot slurry while continuously whisking to avoid lumps.
- Continue to cook the mixture on low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the rose water and cinnamon powder.
- Pour the mixture into serving bowls and let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
