  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1/2
  • Plain yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped mint, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. Divide the lamb mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the lamb patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and browned.
