- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped mint, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Divide the lamb mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the lamb patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and browned.
