- Ground beef - 400 grams
- Fresh mint leaves - 30 grams, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - ½ teaspoon

- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce - 2 leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped mint, minced garlic, chopped onion, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about 2 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing the yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Toast the gluten-free burger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked patty, a slice of tomato, and a generous spoonful of the yogurt sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
