- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Cornstarch - 30 g
- Orange blossom water - 1 tsp
- Pistachios, crushed - 20 g
- Almonds, sliced - 20 g
- Water - 50 ml
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch with the milk, whisking until smooth.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the orange blossom water.
- Pour the mixture into serving bowls or cups and let it cool at room temperature for 10 minutes before transferring to the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
- Once set, garnish with crushed pistachios and sliced almonds before serving.
