- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
- Stir in the tomato paste, cinnamon, allspice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then remove from heat and mix in the chopped parsley.
- Roll out the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet to your desired thickness (about 1/2 cm).
- Spread the meat mixture evenly over the dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the meat is cooked through.
