  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
  5. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
  6. Stir in the tomato paste, cinnamon, allspice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then remove from heat and mix in the chopped parsley.
