  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Pine nuts, toasted - 30 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (optional) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
