Ingredients

  • Lamb shoulder - 250 grams, ground
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Zucchini - 2 medium, spiralized
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, cinnamon, allspice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until the spices are fully incorporated into the meat.
  2. Shape the spiced lamb mixture into small sausages, about 5 cm long and 2 cm wide.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the lamb sausages and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
  4. While the sausages are cooking, spiralize the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer.
  5. Once the sausages are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the spiralized zucchini and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Serve the zucchini noodles topped with the cooked lamb sausages. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
