- Lamb shoulder - 250 grams, ground
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Zucchini - 2 medium, spiralized
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, cinnamon, allspice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until the spices are fully incorporated into the meat.
- Shape the spiced lamb mixture into small sausages, about 5 cm long and 2 cm wide.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the lamb sausages and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- While the sausages are cooking, spiralize the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer.
- Once the sausages are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the spiralized zucchini and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Serve the zucchini noodles topped with the cooked lamb sausages. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
