- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Water - 250 milliliters
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste, stirring well to combine.
- Season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the green beans to the skillet and mix well to coat them in the tomato mixture.
- Pour in the water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the beans are tender.
