Ingredients

  • Lobster tails - 2 (about 300g each)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Za'atar spice blend - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, za'atar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the lobster tails lengthwise down the middle, then gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking tray, cut side up, and brush them generously with the za'atar marinade.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
