Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
