Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 400 grams

  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
