  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin - 2 grams
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper - 1 gram
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil - 30 milliliters
  • Fresh parsley for garnish - optional

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them into thin rounds, about 2-3 mm thick.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, and black pepper. Toss well to coat every slice evenly.
