- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large leaves
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Cucumber, grated - 50 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh dill, chopped - 1 tablespoon
- Salt (for tzatziki) - to taste
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape them into patties.
