Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, mixing well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers.
  6. Grill the chicken kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy hot with a side of garlic sauce.
