- Chicken breast - 400 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, mixing well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers.
- Grill the chicken kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy hot with a side of garlic sauce.
