Lebanese Chicken Burger

- Ground chicken - 400 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Tahini - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped onion, cilantro, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the chicken mixture into two patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the lettuce wraps by washing the leaves and patting them dry.
- Once the patties are cooked, place each one inside a lettuce leaf and top with sliced tomato and cucumber.
- Drizzle tahini over the top and serve immediately.
