Ingredients

  • Ground chicken - 400 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large leaves
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
  • Tahini - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped onion, cilantro, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the chicken mixture into two patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the lettuce wraps by washing the leaves and patting them dry.
  5. Once the patties are cooked, place each one inside a lettuce leaf and top with sliced tomato and cucumber.
  6. Drizzle tahini over the top and serve immediately.
