- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, grated onion, olive oil, lemon juice, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Once done, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
