- Almond flour - 150 grams
- Ground beef - 200 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, egg, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into two flat circles about 0.5 cm thick and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, then stir in the tomato paste, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and mix in the chopped parsley.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the almond flour flatbreads.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden and the meat is cooked through.
- Serve warm with a dollop of Greek yogurt on the side.
