  • Almond flour - 150 grams
  • Ground beef - 200 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, egg, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt until a dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into two flat circles about 0.5 cm thick and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent.
  5. Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, then stir in the tomato paste, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the skillet from the heat and mix in the chopped parsley.
  7. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the almond flour flatbreads.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden and the meat is cooked through.
  9. Serve warm with a dollop of Greek yogurt on the side.
