- Ground lamb or beef - 250 grams
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
- Olives - 10, pitted and sliced
- Feta cheese - 30 grams, crumbled
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Add almond flour and the egg to the meat mixture and mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the meat mixture evenly into a round pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the kofta crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until slightly firm and browned.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then top with sliced bell pepper, olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into wedges to serve.
