  • Cucumber - 1 small, finely diced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pine nuts - 30 grams, toasted

Steps
