  • Water - 100ml
  • Raw pistachios, crushed - 30g
  • Raw almonds, crushed - 30g
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Orange blossom water - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish - a few

Steps

  1. In a bowl, soak the fine bulgur wheat in 100ml of water for about 10 minutes or until it absorbs the water and becomes soft.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a small serving dish or mold, pressing it down gently to form a compact layer.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
