- Mint leaves - 15 grams, finely chopped

- Pine nuts - 30 grams, toasted
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler, create zucchini noodles and set them aside.
