Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 medium
  • Ground lamb or beef - 250 grams
  • Fresh parsley - 30 grams, finely chopped
  • Mint leaves - 15 grams, finely chopped
  • Onion - 1 small, finely grated
  • Pine nuts - 30 grams, toasted
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler, create zucchini noodles and set them aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef, chopped parsley, mint, grated onion, toasted pine nuts, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
