- Zaatar spice blend - 2 tablespoons

- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Whisk together the eggs and olive oil in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Gradually add the egg mixture to the almond flour mixture, stirring to form a dough.
- Knead the dough lightly for a minute, then wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
