Ingredients

  • Ground psyllium husk - 20 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 120 milliliters
  • Zaatar spice mix - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil (for topping) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ground psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for a minute until it becomes smooth and pliable.
  5. Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each into a flat round disk about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Place the disks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the zaatar spice with 2 tablespoons of olive oil to form a paste.
