Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 150g
  • Psyllium husk powder - 15g
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Water - 120ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Zaatar spice blend - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, water, and olive oil until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough for a minute until it becomes smooth and pliable.
  6. Flatten the dough on the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round or rectangular pizza base, about 1/2 inch thick.
