Ingredients
- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Parsley - 30 grams, finely chopped
- Mint leaves - 10 grams, finely chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, diced
- Cucumber - 50 grams, diced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Iceberg lettuce leaves - 4 large
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, mint, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into 2 burger patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the tabbouleh salad by combining diced cherry tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, mint, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
