Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Parsley - 30 grams, finely chopped
  • Mint leaves - 10 grams, finely chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, diced
  • Cucumber - 50 grams, diced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves - 4 large

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, mint, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into 2 burger patties.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
  3. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the tabbouleh salad by combining diced cherry tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, mint, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
