- Fresh spinach - 200 grams (roughly chopped)
- Feta cheese - 100 grams (crumbled)
- Cream cheese - 50 grams (softened)
- Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large (for egg wash)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, one egg, and salt to form a dough.
- Press the dough into a greased 9-inch pie dish evenly across the bottom and up the sides. Poke holes with a fork to prevent bubbling.
