- Almonds - 50g
- Walnuts - 50g
- Pistachios (shelled) - 50g
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almonds, walnuts, and pistachios.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the nuts and toss to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, cumin, coriander, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the nuts and toss again until all the nuts are well coated.
- Spread the nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before sprinkling with fresh parsley.
