- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice or pasta.

- Stir in the tomato paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
