- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Tahini - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh garlic - 1 clove, minced
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the salad by combining diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, and chopped parsley in a bowl. Toss lightly and set aside.
- For the garlic sauce, mix Greek yogurt, tahini, minced garlic, and water in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust salt to taste.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
