- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Erythritol - 30g
- Eggs - 2 large
- Unsweetened almond milk - 60ml
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Melted coconut oil - 30g
- Pistachios - 10g (for topping, optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, turmeric powder, and erythritol.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
