Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 1 medium head (about 600g)
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the florets are well coated.
