- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Psyllium husk powder - 15 grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 120 milliliters
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
- Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 1-2 minutes until smooth. If it's too sticky, add a little more almond flour.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
- Place each ball between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten with a rolling pin until about 1/4 inch thick.
- Transfer the flattened dough to the baking sheet and use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut into triangles.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
