Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Psyllium husk powder - 15 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 120 milliliters
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
  3. Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 1-2 minutes until smooth. If it's too sticky, add a little more almond flour.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  6. Place each ball between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten with a rolling pin until about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Transfer the flattened dough to the baking sheet and use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut into triangles.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and enjoy your Keto Pita Chips!
