- Xylitol or erythritol - 2 tablespoons
- Agar-agar powder - 1 teaspoon
- Rose water - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped pistachios - 2 tablespoons for garnish
Steps
- In a saucepan, combine the almond milk and xylitol (or erythritol) and heat over medium heat until warm, stirring to dissolve the sweetener.
- Sprinkle the agar-agar powder over the warm mixture and whisk continuously until fully dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
