- Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Pine nuts - 30 grams, toasted
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb and beef.
- Add minced garlic, cumin, coriander, allspice, paprika, black pepper, and salt to the meat mixture.
