Ingredients

  • Ground lamb - 200 grams
  • Ground beef - 200 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Pine nuts - 30 grams, toasted
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb and beef.
  2. Add minced garlic, cumin, coriander, allspice, paprika, black pepper, and salt to the meat mixture.
  3. Mix well with your hands until all spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.
  4. Fold in the toasted pine nuts and chopped parsley until well combined.
  5. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  6. Form the meat mixture into small sausage shapes, about 5 cm long.
  7. Cook the sausages in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
