- Ground lamb - 200 grams
- Egg - 1 large

- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, and olive oil. Mix well.
- Add the egg to the mixture and stir until a dough forms. If it's too sticky, add a little more almond flour.
- Press the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a thin crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground lamb to the skillet along with black pepper, allspice, and cinnamon. Cook until the lamb is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste and chopped parsley, mixing well to combine. Remove from heat.
- Spread the lamb mixture evenly over the almond flour crust.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
