- Ground beef - 300 grams (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Labneh - 100 grams
- Fresh mint leaves - 10 grams, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 10 grams, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - ½ medium, sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the labneh sauce by mixing labneh with chopped mint and parsley in a small bowl.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- To assemble, place a lettuce leaf on a plate, add the beef patty, top with labneh sauce, and add slices of tomato and cucumber.
