- Labneh - 250 grams
- Eggs - 2 large
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Zucchini - 100 grams, grated
- Red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the labneh, eggs, olive oil, grated zucchini, diced red bell pepper, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish (approximately 20x20 cm).
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly on top of the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and the mixture is set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
