- Almond flour - 100 grams

- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

- Tomato sauce (sugar-free) - 100 grams
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Pine nuts (optional) - 20 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Add the ground beef (or lamb) to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with cinnamon, allspice, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour with the remaining olive oil and a pinch of salt, mixing until a dough forms.
- Press the almond flour mixture into a greased pizza pan or baking sheet to create a crust, making sure it's evenly spread out.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the crust, then evenly distribute the cooked meat mixture on top.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the meat and add pine nuts if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
