  • Ground walnuts - 50 grams
  • Erythritol - 40 grams
  • Coconut oil - 30 grams
  • Rose water - 2 tablespoons
  • Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Chopped pistachios (for garnish) - 20 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a small baking dish by greasing it with a bit of coconut oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, ground walnuts, erythritol, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, and salt, mixing well to ensure even distribution.
