- Parsley, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Allspice powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Tomato, sliced - 1 medium

- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil if needed, and lightly sauté the sliced cucumber and tomato until just warmed, about 1-2 minutes.
- To assemble, place each kafta burger patty on a large lettuce leaf, top with sautéed vegetables, and wrap the lettuce around the burger. Serve immediately.
