  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for grilling)
  • Lemon - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, parsley, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, flat kebab or patty.
