  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Cauliflower - 200 grams

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for serving)
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, sliced

Steps

  1. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes, then drain and allow to cool slightly.
  2. In a food processor, combine the steamed cauliflower, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy; set aside.
