- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for serving)
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
Steps
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes, then drain and allow to cool slightly.
