Ingredients

  • Erythritol - 30 grams
  • Rose water - 1 teaspoon
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped pistachios - 20 grams (for garnishing)
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, combine the almond flour, unsweetened almond milk, erythritol, rose water, cardamom powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
