Ingredients

  • Halloumi cheese - 250 grams

  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Slice the halloumi cheese into 1 cm thick slices and arrange them in a circular pattern on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a pizza base.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the halloumi slices and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until the halloumi is golden brown and slightly crispy.
