- Cauliflower florets - 300 grams
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - for frying
Steps
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets, then steam them for about 5 minutes until slightly tender but still firm.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg until well combined.
- Dip each steamed cauliflower floret into the egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it thoroughly with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, enough to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Fry the coated cauliflower florets in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, place the fried cauliflower on paper towels to drain excess oil.
