- Tahini - 100 grams
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Coconut flour - 20 grams
- Erythritol - 30 grams
- Unsweetened cocoa powder - 10 grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Salt - a pinch
- Water - 50 ml
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, erythritol, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and then add it to the tahini mixture, stirring until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the water, and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
