Ingredients

  • Tahini - 100 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Coconut flour - 20 grams
  • Erythritol - 30 grams
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 10 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Water - 50 ml

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, erythritol, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and then add it to the tahini mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the water, and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
