Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce - 100g
  • Cucumber - 100g
  • Radishes - 50g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100g
  • Green bell pepper - 50g
  • Parsley - 30g
  • Mint leaves - 10g
  • Olive oil - 30ml
  • Lemon juice - 15ml
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Sumac - 1 tsp

Steps

  1. Wash and dry all the vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and add to the bowl.
  4. Thinly slice the radishes and add them to the salad.
  5. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
  6. Dice the green bell pepper and add it to the mix.
  7. Finely chop the parsley and mint leaves, then add them to the bowl.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and sumac until well combined.
  9. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  10. Serve immediately, garnished with additional mint or parsley if desired.
