- Romaine lettuce - 100g
- Cucumber - 100g
- Radishes - 50g
- Cherry tomatoes - 100g
- Green bell pepper - 50g
- Parsley - 30g
- Mint leaves - 10g
- Olive oil - 30ml
- Lemon juice - 15ml
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Sumac - 1 tsp
Steps
- Wash and dry all the vegetables thoroughly.
- Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and add to the bowl.
- Thinly slice the radishes and add them to the salad.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
- Dice the green bell pepper and add it to the mix.
- Finely chop the parsley and mint leaves, then add them to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and sumac until well combined.
