Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce - 100g
  • Cucumber - 100g
  • Radishes - 50g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100g
  • Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 50g
  • Parsley (fresh, chopped) - 30g
  • Mint leaves (fresh, chopped) - 15g
  • Lemon juice - 30ml
  • Olive oil - 30ml
  • Sumac - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
  3. Slice the cucumber, radishes, and bell pepper into thin pieces and add them to the bowl.
  4. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the salad.
  5. Finely chop the parsley and mint leaves, then sprinkle them over the salad.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, sumac, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
