- Radishes - 50g
- Cherry tomatoes - 100g
- Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 50g
- Parsley (fresh, chopped) - 30g
- Mint leaves (fresh, chopped) - 15g
- Lemon juice - 30ml
- Olive oil - 30ml
- Sumac - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
