Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Rice - 200 grams
  • Almond Flour - 50 grams
  • Fresh Parsley - 30 grams, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive Oil - for frying
  • Lettuce Leaves - 4 leaves
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
  • Tahini Sauce - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower rice until it resembles a fine grain.
  2. Transfer the cauliflower rice to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, almond flour, chopped parsley, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. To assemble the burgers, place each patty on a lettuce leaf, top with sliced tomato and cucumber, and drizzle with tahini sauce.
