- Cauliflower Rice - 200 grams
- Almond Flour - 50 grams
- Fresh Parsley - 30 grams, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive Oil - for frying
- Lettuce Leaves - 4 leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Tahini Sauce - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower rice until it resembles a fine grain.
- Transfer the cauliflower rice to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, almond flour, chopped parsley, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- To assemble the burgers, place each patty on a lettuce leaf, top with sliced tomato and cucumber, and drizzle with tahini sauce.
