- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - for frying (approximately 100 ml)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or patties, about the size of a golf ball.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat until hot.
- Fry the falafel bites in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
